The AEIM Pte. Ltd. facility at Mapletree Hi-Tech Park, 163 Kallang Way, was officially inaugurated on 9 June 2026, establishing LED Chip-on-Board packaging, memory-module assembly and advanced electronics manufacturing in Singapore.
The Singapore operation is the Group’s international base. It brings LED Chip-on-Board packaging, memory-module assembly and advanced electronics manufacturing together on one site, alongside the engineering function that develops products with customers.
What the facility does
Three production activities run on site. LED Chip-on-Board packaging covers die attach, flip-chip assembly and Chip-on-Board build. Memory-module assembly runs as an automated line with in-process inspection and functional test. Electronics integration produces the board, driver and interconnect work that turns a package into a sub-system a customer can design around.
Singapore was chosen for proximity to regional customers, supply-chain depth and the standard of engineering talent available — the same reasons that make it a practical base for serving markets well beyond Asia.
